Technical Details for Speakers<br />
Audiovisual Equipment<br />
All rooms for plenary, oral, special, <strong>and</strong><br />
educational sessions are equipped with<br />
a computer, a beamer <strong>and</strong> microphones<br />
for the speaker, the chairpersons <strong>and</strong> the<br />
audience.<br />
Media-check<br />
The media check is located on the ground<br />
floor near the registration desk. Speakers<br />
are asked to h<strong>and</strong> <strong>in</strong> their Power Po<strong>in</strong>t<br />
presentation at the latest one hour before<br />
the start of the session. If the presentation<br />
is scheduled for the morn<strong>in</strong>g session then<br />
please submit the power po<strong>in</strong>t file on the<br />
day before.<br />
Use of own laptop computers for the<br />
presentation is due to time constra<strong>in</strong>s not<br />
possible.<br />
