Information for the Poster Exhibition<br />
Registration<br />
Registration for the congress is required for<br />
participation <strong>in</strong> the poster exhibition.<br />
Location<br />
The poster exhibition will be located on the<br />
1 st floor <strong>in</strong> the foyer. The position<strong>in</strong>g of the<br />
poster will be <strong>in</strong> correspondence with the<br />
number<strong>in</strong>g of the topic as <strong>in</strong>dicated <strong>in</strong> the<br />
ma<strong>in</strong> program. The poster walls are marked<br />
with numbers.<br />
Poster Size<br />
The posters should be a maximum of<br />
90 cm wide x 150 cm height. It is<br />
abso lutely necessary to present the poster<br />
<strong>in</strong> an upright format.<br />
Poster View<br />
A poster view <strong>and</strong> discussion is<br />
scheduled for Friday, March 16th from<br />
6:30 p.m. until 20:00 p.m.<br />
The poster presenter is k<strong>in</strong>dly requested<br />
to be present dur<strong>in</strong>g the poster view.<br />
Poster Award<br />
All submitted posters are eligible for a<br />
“Best Poster Award”. The posters are<br />
awarded on Saturday, March 17th at<br />
1:15 p.m. There will be an award for the<br />
best 3 posters.<br />
Poster Mount<strong>in</strong>g<br />
Please make sure that your poster is put<br />
up on Thursday, March 15th, 2012 from at<br />
12:00 p .m. until 4:00 p.m. All posters will<br />
have to be taken down on Saturday, March<br />
17th, 2012 from 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 Mount<strong>in</strong>g<br />
material will be provided on site.<br />
