The above data depicts the fact that compared <strong>to</strong> previous two financial year, the utilisation<br />
percentage has been improved during 2012-13.<br />
The corresponding data on inspection of schools has been shown below.<br />

The inspection of schools has also been improved over the period of time. More than<br />
100% inspection coverage depicts the fact that all the existing schools have been<br />
inspected at least once by any Govt. official during the financial year and some of the<br />
schools have been inspected more than once.<br />
Observation: Schools have been visited by School Inspec<strong>to</strong>rs. The School inspec<strong>to</strong>rs<br />
reports should also include remedial action <strong>to</strong> be taken for shortfalls in food grains and<br />
cooking costs, operational drinking water facility and <strong>to</strong>ilets.<br />
4. Implementation of the scheme with reference <strong>to</strong> availability of food grains,<br />
quality of MDM, regularity in serving MDM as per approved norms and<br />
mode of cooking<br />
4.1. Percentage Coverage of children against enrolment (Primary and Upper Primary)<br />
The coverage of children against enrolment in Primary for the last three financial years has<br />
been shown in the following graph.<br />
