properties to develop muscular strength and<br />

AQUA ARTHRITIS<br />

ARTHRITIS FOUNDATION WATER EXERCISE PROGRAM<br />

A recreational water exercise program for persons<br />

with arthritis, Lupus, fibromialgia, or any other degenerative<br />

joint disease. Program participants are led<br />

through a series of specially designed exercises that<br />

can help improve joint flexibility. The warm water also<br />

helps to relieve pain and stiffness.<br />

TOTAL BODY AQUACISE<br />

A non-impact workout in the IOH Pool designed for<br />

individuals who are looking for a total body challenge.<br />

Class will include both cardiovascular fitness and<br />

strength training. Experience how the water becomes<br />

a complete body resistance tool, while remaining<br />

stress free on the joints.<br />

HYDO-FIT WORKOUT<br />

By taking advantage of the unique properties of the<br />

water, patrons get a great workout with little impact<br />

to the joints, the resistance quality of the water and<br />

equipment allows for increased cardiovascular<br />

conditioning and strengthening.<br />

individual swim fitness programs designed to help<br />

achieve swimming fitness goals.<br />
