Says she wants it to be two widths wide instead of one. You agree. You make the treatment. BUT you never requoted it with two widths! It was YOUR lining and interlining. Would you: A) drop it and let it go, B) send her a revised estimate with explanation (even though the job is gone now), C) bill her for additional materials only.
