where to learn
! some of the know-how skills, eg how to keep basic books, (as
distinct from those who wanted to be taught those book
keeping skills as part of their curriculum)
Training in specific skills
always be learnt but not communication skills in dealing with
people’
! business skills, such as pricing
! IT skills
! selling and marketing
! accountancy
