Valentine’s Dance
Be whisked away at this Valentine’s Day themed
romantic dance with Cahlua & Cream on Saturday,
February 9. Doors for this event will open at 5:30 p.m.
with dinner at 6:00 p.m. and entertainment 7:00-10:00
p.m. Dinner will be catered by Railhead Cafe’ consisting
of rolls and butter, Spinach Strawberry salad,
Chicken Picatta, Baked fish oreganita, Sliced Marinated
Flank Steak, Roasted baby bliss potatoes, Green beans
almondine, and a decadent chocolate dessert. The cost
is $29.00 per person for this romantic dinner dance.
Tickets for this event are on-sale now and guests of
VillageWalk residents are permitted to attend starting
Monday, January 16. Please remember to BYOB and
seating assignment accompanies payment. Limited
seating available for this evening of romance!

VillageWalk has the BIG
screen coming to us on Sunday,
February 17 at 7:00 p.m. at the
Gazebo area. For this special
night there will be a 7’x12’
screen showing the movie The
Amazing Spider Man. Peter
Parker finds a clue that might
help him understand why his
parents disappeared when he
was young. His path puts him
on a collision course with Dr.
Curt Connors, his father’s former partner. This movie
is Rated PG-13 and runs 136 minutes. Please bring
your lawn chair or blanket to sit on. We will be selling
fresh made popcorn for $.50 a bag. No need to register
just come out and enjoy the FREE movie!

On Saturday, February 23
the Jazz Café’ is coming back
to VillageWalk! Swinging Jazz
standards performed LIVE by the
Rebecca Richards trio featuring
Rebecca Richardson with vocals
and keyboard, Dan Heck on bass
and a special guest on vibes. This
famous Trio plays all around SouthWest Florida and is
known for their famous sounds. Don’t miss out! Doors
open at 6:00 p.m. with music from 6:30-9:30 p.m.
Tickets are $17.00 per person if you register by
Thursday, January 31. Starting February 1 it will be
$22.00 per person. Tickets include entertainment, hors
d’oeuvres, dessert and non-alcoholic beverages. Please

Deep Sea Fishing on the
Great Getaway
Tuesday, February 26th
Check in at 9:00 a.m. • Trip 9:30-3:30 p.m.
Take to the seas at for some great fishing! Join
VeronaWalk and VillageWalk as we board the Great
Getaway out of Fort Myers Beach for this half day
fishing trip. Your trip includes: charter, license, rod,
reel, tackle, bait, crew assistance, crew gratuity and
lunch (breakfast sandwich and coffee).
Lunch: Sandwich, burger or two hot dogs, chips
and soda). A small cooler with food and beverage
may be brought on board as well. Cost is $67.00 per
person. Gratuity included. RSVP by Monday, February
18. A 7 day cancellation policy applies. The Great
Getaway marina is located at 18400 San Carlos
