HP M8605A ACL / M8606A ACL LTO 4 FC Tape Drive for
HP NonStop Integrity NS-Series Servers and Blade Systems

The M8605A ACL and M8606A ACL are fully read and write compatible with
third-generation Ultrium data cartridges, and offers a further degree of investment
protection through its backward-read compatibility with second-generation Ultrium
media.
These auto cartridge loader (ACL) tape drives are available for use with HP
NonStop Integrity NS-series servers. The M8605A ACL comes in a rackmount
configuration, and the M8606A ACL comes in a tabletop configuration.
The
HP M8605A and M8606A ACL LTO generation 4 tape drives represents the
fourth generation of the Ultrium tape drive family. Both of the units come with a
15-cartridge magazine that provides a capacity of up to 24 terabytes.
