Compensation and Benefits
The salary range is competitive, dependent on qualifications

Organization
PIMA ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS, a 501(c)4, is a
metropolitan planning organization with members from local,
state and tribal governments. PAG has Transportation Planning,
Sustainable Environment and Technical Services divisions, supported
by a communications department and human resources department.
Major planning projects include the long-range Regional Transportation
Plan (RTP) and the five-year Transportation Improvement Program (TIP).
PAG also manages the 20-year Regional Transportation Authority, which was
approved by Pima County voters in May 2006. The $2.1 billion RTA plan has
safety, roadway, transit, and environmental and economic vitality elements. More than
500 projects have been completed to date. PAG also is the federally designated lead planning
agency for Water Quality Management, Air Quality and Solid Waste. PAG also manages the Clean
Cities program, as designated by the U.S. Department of Energy.
