4.1 NORMAL OPERATION<br />
During normal mo<strong>to</strong>rway operation the advanced mo<strong>to</strong>rway indica<strong>to</strong>rs and<br />
variable message signs will remain blank in respect of speed limits and the<br />
mo<strong>to</strong>rway will operate as shown in Figures 4A and 4B below. When there are no<br />
speed limits being displayed the national speed limit will apply.<br />
