Laptop<br />

Power up the laptop<br />

Open the d<strong>at</strong>abase<br />

Open Notepad and minimize<br />

Launch Cardsmith IDMS from the desktop<br />

<br />

Click the Folder button<br />

<br />

Select WCC<br />

Login (Just check the checkbox)<br />

Check to see th<strong>at</strong> encoding is enabled<br />

Camera<br />

Remove the lens cap<br />

Set the exposure to P<br />

Turn on the camera<br />

Set to auto‐focus on the lens<br />

Turn on the flash<br />

Printer<br />

Press power button to verify th<strong>at</strong> it’s on.<br />

The light should come on.<br />

Make sure the card feeder is full.<br />

Make sure the card hopper is all the way<br />

open. If the hopper isn’t fully open, cards<br />

will not print.<br />

Backdrop<br />

<strong>Setup</strong> the backdrop.<br />

Because it is so light weight, make sure it’s<br />

not in a high traffic area where it could get<br />

bumped.<br />
