14 May 2004 The Directors Retail Cube Limited Unit 7 29 Bridge Road STANMORE NSW 2048 Dear Directors, We have prepared this Independent Accountants’ Report on the forecast fi nancial information of Retail Cube Limited (“the Company”), and Amazing Paints, The Athlete’s Foot and King of Knives (“the Groups”) for the fi nancial years ending 30 June 2004 and 30 June 2005 for inclusion in this Prospectus to be dated on or about 14th May, 2004 (“the Prospectus”) relating to the offer of 41,000,000 ordinary shares at 50 cents per share to raise $20,500,000 (“the Offer”). The nature of this report is such that it should be given by an entity which holds an Australian Financial Services Licence under the Financial Services Reform Act 2001. Haines Norton Corporate Finance Pty Limited holds the appropriate Australian Financial Services licence for the issue of this report (Licence No: 269158).
