New places, new faces! If you haven’t already
heard, we are excited to announce a new
‘home’ for the 2011 Elks Wildwood Reunion.

We hope you will join us. We are offering 2
types of rooms, and the hotel is located directly
on the BEACH!! There is a heated pool,
oceanfront sundeck, rooftop restaurant, elevator
service, free parking for one car (per
room), and guest laundromat. There is also a
trolley stop at the hotel which can bring you to
the boardwalk-no need to drive!
This year we will also have a payment plan, so
BOOK NOW AND PAY LATER!

to reserve your room

Final payments will be
required by May 1, 2011

We hope while you enjoy your stay that
you can dedicate a little of your time to
help out with such items as Thursday set
up, 50/50 ticket sales, bartending
(experience not required), picnic for the
band and Sunday breakdown. We will post
sign up sheets in the tap room.
REMINDER: As an attendee you have no obligation to
attend any meetings or participate in any formal activities.
Your only obligation is to participate in the
parade on Saturday. It is a privilege and an honor as
a member to march in this parade
ROOM RATES ARE BASED ON DOUBLE OCCU-
PANCY, PER NIGHT, AND A 14% TAX MUST BE
ADDED TO YOUR TOTAL. $10 KEY/LINEN DE-
POSIT UPON CHECK-IN. ROOMS INCLUDE REFRIG-
ERATOR AND MICROWAVE.
EACH ADDITIONAL ADULT $25pp
CHILDREN 18 AND UNDER $10pp
ROOM TYPE A RATE: $145 per night
OCEANVIEW 2-ROOM EFFICIENCY (LIMITED ROOMS)
ROOM TYPE B RATE: $125 per night
OCEANVIEW 1 ROOM EFFICIENCY
INCLUDED IN THE ABOVE RATES ARE A THURS-
DAY EVENING BUFFET, SATURDAY PICNIC LUNCH
AND OPEN BAR FROM 3PM TO 11PM EVERY
NIGHT.
