demands we make of suppliers and how we handle
materials. We believe that aside from a work method
which preserves resources, recycling-orientated
product design, using ecologically tested materials

There are a vast number of methods for testing the
suitablitiy of components and finished products for
heavy everyday use. Sedus office furniture has long
been established as some of the most reliable in the
world – with good reason. To pass muster, a new
swivel chair model goes through, for example, up
to 70 different tests. The tests are carried out to strict
Sedus guidelines, EN (Europe) and ANSI/BIFMA (USA)
standards in Sedus’ in-house, accredited laboratory.
As regards serviceability and safety, we set much
higher standards than the GS-requirements (EN 1335).

The Sedus yeah! range offers not only

Sitting, standing, lying on the job:
Sedus open up makes it possible. The
“Similar” mechanism provides a large
reclining angle of up to 45°, and so
comes very close to a lying position.
The ottoman, a legrest on castors or
gliders, completes the lying posture.
The adjustable “work assistant” is perfect
for working with a notebook, for

With temptation, Sedus is introducing
a basic desking range to the market
which combines innovative design
with intelligent technology and offers
excellent value for money. The highly
functional Sedus pedestal and storage
unit range can be combined with all
Sedus office furnishing ranges and is
available in matching laminate and
veneer finishes as well as with coloured
painted fronts (storage unit range also
available with glass fronts).

The temptation c desk system combines
design, ergonomics and economy. Various
height-adjustment technologies allow
the desk to be set to meet individual
needs without compromising the clearcut
and aesthetically pleasing design
line. The ergonomic C-frame and 4-leg
frame desks from temptation can be
freely combined with one another. For
example as a workstation or conference

Sedus zenon is a desk system specially
developed for the use of solid core
laminate boards. It creates the impres-
