PUREED BREAKFAST OVEN OMELET (CONTINUED)<br />

HOW TO PREPARE:<br />

1. Add RESOURCE ® PUREE APPEAL ® Pureed Food Enhancer, onion powder, salt and mustard to water.<br />

2. Blend until smooth, scraping sides if necessary.<br />

3. Fold in ¾ of the cheese; reserve about half the mixture.<br />

4. Pour remaining into pan coated with non-stick cooking spray.<br />

5. Puree ham or sausage until smooth in texture. Combine pureed meat with reserved cheese-puree mixture; stir well.<br />

6. Drop by large spoonfuls onto the cheese mixture in pan. Insert knife into pan and pull through to create a swirled or marbled effect.<br />

7. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.<br />

8. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake in conventional oven at 350°F until internal temperature reaches 150-160°F, or knife inserted near center<br />

comes out clean. NOTE: Convection <strong>Oven</strong> – bake at 300ºF for 10 – 15 minutes less time. Pressureless Steamer – Cook in steamer for 10 – 15 minutes<br />

less time. Times are approximate and should be adjusted for differences in oven and steamer conditions.<br />

9. Cut into 3 x 3 ¼ inch squares. Portion one square per serving.<br />
