The Recruitment Section, IT technical section, webmaster, <strong>and</strong> web host agent <strong>and</strong> their<br />
operations which fall within the ambit of the <strong><strong>Equal</strong>ity</strong> Acts will be included in the development<br />
of employment equality policies in relation to recruitment <strong>and</strong> advertising of jobs.<br />
4.5 Communicating Job Opportunities to Enhance Gender Balance <strong>and</strong> <strong>Diversity</strong><br />
Advertisements for jobs should signal that c<strong>and</strong>idates from all seven (7) grounds named in the<br />
equality legislation are welcome to apply. The <strong>Defence</strong> <strong>Forces</strong> encourages a gender balance <strong>and</strong><br />
