Late sign-ups will be accepted March 19-25 with an additional $10 late fee
Your child must be 4 by April 1, 2013 and must be 12 or younger on May 31, 2013 to play
*Registration Fee (non-refundable): $30 (members); $40 (non-members) for the first child
*Each additional child: half price {each child needs their own form}

risks and hazards incidental to this sport. I hold harmless and release from all liability the: MCFWC, the Monroe County School District, and the

INFORMATION SHEET
GAMES WILL BE HELD ON TUESDAYS/SATURDAYS BEGINNING APRIL 13 th & ENDING JUNE 1 st
There will be 12 ballgames scheduled
Any necessary Make-up Games will be held on Thursday/Friday when necessary
Prior to the start of the season, fundamental camps will be held for players AGES 7-12. These camps are being taught at the
SOFTBALL FIELD by the MCHS Baseball & Softball team players.
*Baseball (ages 7-12) – March 20 th (4:00-5:15)
*Softball (ages 7-12) – March 15 th (4:00-5:15)
There will be no fundamental camps held for ages 4-6
* Rules will be given to all coaches prior to the first game *
If you child was:
• Born between May 1, 2000 & April 30, 2003 – they will play in the 10-12 yr old age division (Live Arm)
• Born between May 1, 2003 & April 30, 2006 – they will play in the 7-9 yr old age division (Coach Pitch)
• Born between May 1, 2006 & April 30, 2008 – they will play in the 5-6 yr old age division (Adv. T-Ball)
• Born between May 1, 2008 & April 30, 2009 – they will play in the 4 yr old age division (T-Ball)
*6 yr old (Adv. T-Ball) - has the opportunity to try out for Coach Pitch
*9 yr old (Coach Pitch) - has the opportunity to try out for Live Arm
