The HD485 HD/SD closed caption encoder from EEG redefines efficiency. The
single rack unit chassis of the HD485 incorporates Microsoft Windows® with
EEG’s highly advanced HD/SD closed captioning solution, creating a highly
streamlined, space-saving system designed specifically for the demands of
post production encoding.

(CEA-608) captioning

When flexibility is a must, the EEG DE280 professional EIA-708 closed caption
decoder provides a highly advanced HD open caption display for monitoring
data quality and standards compliance. Highly configurable, the DE280 is the
first professional decoder with the ability to accurately display the advanced
style and positioning features defined in the 708 standard. Post facilities can
now monitor with the assurance that the monitor matches the output of
consumer decoders.
