Implementation of National Action Plan for PDMPs (Phases 1&2) SAMHSA provided funding for implementation of the Action Plan through the “Enhancing Access to PDMPs through Health IT Project”. • SAMHSA partnered with ONC, ONDCP, & the CDC. • ONC has management oversight of the effort. 66
