<strong>Welcome</strong> to the <strong>Faculty</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Arts</strong> and the start <strong>of</strong><br />
an exciting new time in your life!<br />
Over <strong>Orientation</strong> week there are a number <strong>of</strong> sessions to help ease you<br />
into university life. You will meet all the key people and get advice on how<br />
to make the most <strong>of</strong> your time here with us. You’re joining the <strong>Faculty</strong> <strong>of</strong><br />
<strong>Arts</strong> at an exciting time, with our new Dean Pr<strong>of</strong>essor Robert Greenberg<br />
taking the reins at the start <strong>of</strong> 2013.<br />
So please come see us during <strong>Orientation</strong> and we’ll make sure you have<br />
the best possible start to your future.<br />

FTVMS 100 <strong>Orientation</strong> (Lecture theatre OGGB3)<br />
You will be introduced to the course and the<br />
lecturers and tutors who will be teaching you during<br />
the semester. After the introduction you will be able<br />
to do the DELNA academic skills screening which is<br />
compulsory for all first-year students. This online<br />
screening will take 30 minutes and save you doing it<br />
during the first few weeks <strong>of</strong> the semester.<br />
All students enrolled in this course are<br />
expected to attend.<br />
