To introduce students to the importance of information
technology development, with modern computer
technology and computer communication systems.
Familiarize them with the development of network
economy and e-business. To train students for the
application and use of computer and information systems
with special emphasis on applications in the engineering.
To point to new possibilities and new dangers of the
information age. Familiarize students with electronic and
mobile business. To introduce the role of IT in the
unification of production and business systems. Clarify
the components of computer integrated manufacturing,
computer aid design and manufacturing, planning and
production management. Particularly to clarify the
wireless network, laser readers, rack storage, intelligent
cards, data warehouse, multi-layer applications.
