Attendance Guidelines
• In consideration for all of our speakers and
attendees, all cell phones, and similar devices must
be muted or turned off during conference sessions.
• The Washington Marriott Wardman Park Hotel
has adopted a “Smoke Free Policy.” Under this
policy, smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of
the Washington Marriott Wardman Park Hotel.
Outdoor designated smoking areas are provided.
• An American Art Therapy Association conference
badge is required for admission to all sessions and
functions associated with your registration
package. Anyone attending a conference session or
function must be registered and must, at all times,
display the appropriate badge. Some sessions
require a ticket for admission. Tickets and badges
will be issued during conference registration.
