Passport / Visa requirements<br />

A current passport is required by anyone entering Australia.<br />

Nationals <strong>from</strong> overseas countries require a visa for entry to<br />

Australia and, <strong>from</strong> some areas, vaccinations are required.<br />

Please check with <strong>your</strong> travel agent or an Australian<br />

Government representative in <strong>your</strong> home country as early as<br />

possible for up-to- date information on visas and immunisation<br />

requirements.<br />

Trade Display<br />

The trade display will take place <strong>from</strong> Thursday morning 27 March<br />

until Saturday afternoon 29 March and will be located in <strong>the</strong><br />

area adjacent to conference session rooms.<br />

Proceedings<br />

Conference Proceedings will be available for $40.00 (inc GST)<br />

and should be ordered in advance (see registration form).<br />

Cancellations and Refunds<br />

Registration Fees<br />

Notification <strong>of</strong> any alterations or cancellations must be sent by<br />

post, facsimile or email to Conference Solutions. A full refund <strong>of</strong><br />

registration fees, less an administration fee <strong>of</strong> $100 will be paid<br />

to any participant cancelling before 1 March 2008. No refunds<br />

will be made after this date. If a registered delegate is unable to<br />

attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no additional cost.<br />
