1 Holding astream, extra pushing to berth (in connection with an assistance): 580 per hour<br />

2 Waiting (first half hour free and minimal one half hour): 450 per hour<br />

3 For shifting <strong>of</strong> ships within the <strong>Rotterdam</strong> or Europoort area 35% surcharge on the respective area rate is applicable.<br />

For shifting from the <strong>Rotterdam</strong> area to the Europoort area or v.v., special arrangements have to be made.<br />

4 If bunkerprices are above € 135 per ton a bunkersurcharge will be applicable.<br />

5 Assistance <strong>of</strong> dead ships 50% surcharge on all rates (waiting and fog excluded).<br />

be charged.<br />

7 In case <strong>of</strong> a visibility <strong>of</strong> less than 500 meters (according to the data <strong>of</strong> the Government Pilot- & Radar Service)<br />

an additional charge <strong>of</strong> 50% for assistance during fog will be charged on all rates (waiting excluded).<br />

2 Waiting (first half hour free and minimal one half hour): 405 per hour<br />

3 Cancellation: If arrival, departure or shifting is cancelled or postponed without notice being given at least two hours<br />

before the services are due to commence and/or tug(s) is (are) dismissed without being used: half <strong>of</strong> the tariff will<br />

be charged.<br />

4 Assistance <strong>of</strong> dead ships 50% increase on all rates (waiting and fog excluded).<br />

5. If bunkerprices are above € 135 per ton a bunkersurcharge will be applicable.<br />

6. In case <strong>of</strong> a visibility <strong>of</strong> less than 500 meters an additional charge <strong>of</strong> 50% for assistance during fog will be<br />

applicable on all rates (waiting excluded).<br />

7 If additional pulling power is required owing to special safety-rules <strong>of</strong> authorities or on captain’s request<br />

(subject availability) a surcharge <strong>of</strong> 50% on basic rates will be charged.<br />

• For assistance outside above mentioned area’s, special arrangements have to be made.<br />

• The above rates will not apply in case <strong>of</strong> drift-ice, vessels broken loose from their moorings and other unforeseen circumstances.<br />

• Rates: per tug.<br />

• Discount available for long term contracts.<br />

• Payment to be made within 30 days.<br />

2 TARIFFS <strong>of</strong> third parties 2010<br />

• The above rates will not apply in case <strong>of</strong> drift-ice, vessels broken loose from their moorings and other unforeseen circumstances.<br />

• Rates: per tug.<br />
