Working capital to cover running costs is provided by the charity’s unrestricted fund. “Investing In Devon” Restricted fund. This restricted fund held for Devon County Council is earmarked for allocation to future community buildings projects over 3 years to 2012. Other Restricted funds. The restricted funds are those for a pre-agreed purpose where the donor had imposed conditions on the use of the funds. Designated funds.
