HKDSE <strong>2012</strong><br />

This is the first year of the HKDSE and our students achieved good results,<br />

with superior passing percentages in most subjects. In addition, one of our<br />

students, Hui Yuet, Reading, obtained a fantastic result in Five 5**, One 5*<br />

and Two level 5’s.<br />

Our Recent <strong>Public</strong> <strong>Examination</strong> <strong>Results</strong><br />

2011/12 has again been a fruitful school year for the <strong>HKMA</strong> <strong>David</strong> <strong>Li</strong> <strong>Kwok</strong> <strong>Po</strong><br />

<strong>College</strong>. Our students continued to win important awards in multiple<br />

disciplines, such as mathematics, interschool competitions in language,<br />

music, poetry, sports and many other non-academic areas both in Hong<br />

Kong and at an International level. At the same time, the <strong>College</strong> has<br />

continued to build a tradition of above average results in the HKALE, with<br />

superior passing percentages in most subjects and a satisfactory University<br />

Entrance Requirement (UER) rate.<br />

HKALE <strong>2012</strong><br />

Highlights:<br />

This year was the final cohort to study the HKAL syllabus<br />

66.7% of our students met a UER with the Hong Kong norm being 46.2%.<br />

Compared to the Hong Kong average within individual subjects, our<br />

students achieved a higher passing percentage in the following subjects:<br />
