2006 RWIS Evaluation Report 8 3.3.3 Pager Few respondents used the pager services daily, only 16.0% used the site specific forecasts, 17.8% the local observations, and 16.9% the long range forecasts. Over 7 in 10 never used these services.
2006 RWIS Evaluation Report 9 3.3.4 Internet TPW staff used other sources of weather information quite frequently, from 20.0% to 63.6% daily. The Halifax (Environment Canada) Weather Radar was the most frequently used source of weather information on the Internet, with 63.6% of respondents accessing this site daily. The site used the least was the Marion Bridge (Environment Canada) Weather Radar, 34.8% of respondents reported that they never used this site.
