INJURIES OR ILL <strong>HEALTH</strong><br />

Employers must record and evaluate all accidents or harm, including “near misses”<br />

where injury or harm could have occurred. They are then required to investigate<br />

whether the incident was caused by a significant hazard (section 7(2)), and, if so,<br />

control the hazard.<br />

WTFW&JF has an Accident Register which all accidents / incidents and near-misses<br />

MUST be reported in.<br />
