Here are several practises to create mental screen:<br />

1. Sit as relax as possible and release all tension<br />

2. Gently close your eyes<br />

3. Take a breath slowly and deeply then exhale slowly and intend yourself to be more relax. Repeat this<br />

inhalation six times.<br />

4. Imagine yourself draw a white spiral halos in clockwise direction slowly from small shape up to larger one.<br />

Do it for 10 seconds.<br />

5. Imagine yourself are being in a quietness place. And feel the self more relax and peaceful in that place.<br />

6. Imagine the mental screen you want in that place. And intend to yourself that the mental screen is your<br />

own self-communication tool with subsconscious consciousness or super-conscious consciousness in<br />

accordance with your own wishes.<br />

For example: Ask your own super-conscious consciousness what kundalini is. <strong>The</strong>n ask the super-conscious<br />

consciousness to write down the answer in mental screen with a clear writing form and readable for you.<br />

Afterwards, wait for a couple minutes and keep calm and relax in order to keep you still in the brain creative<br />

dimension. Later, the super-conscious consciousness will give the answer in writing form on the mental screen<br />

as you wished for.<br />

Meditation in a point between two eyebrows.<br />

Do this kind of meditation twice in a day at the time when waking in the morning and at night before going to<br />

bed. Do the practice for about 30 minutes each time.<br />
