PA is onsite at registration until all
athletes, coaches and officials are
registered – our goal is to make the
registration process go as quickly as
possible.
Coaches are responsible for being with
the athletes from the time the bus
leaves their home town or the athletes
are dropped off at the games until
they are once again put into their
parents care.
PA or Sport Chair present at all
games. (most of the time both)

PA responsible for all Game sheets and
dealing with discipline and
suspensions if the need arises
Coaching Association provides a
representative to deal with any
coaching issues at the Games.
PA and Sport Chair responsible for
reporting back to Directorate and
results and all actions taken.
PA and Sport Chair act as conduits to
Games Directorates and BC Games
Staff.
