A final roster is compiled and submitted by<br />
the <strong>BC</strong> Games Head Coach a minimum of one<br />
week prior to the registration deadline<br />
Roster information for all teams is crossreferenced<br />
for accuracy against previously<br />
submitted zone team rosters/ B<strong>BC</strong> Database<br />
and is inputted on the Team <strong>BC</strong> website at<br />
the PSO head office by a summer intern<br />
Any errors or requests for additional<br />
information is forwarded directly to the PSO<br />
by the <strong>BC</strong> Games Society and is corrected by<br />
the PSO<br />

Immediately after player selection,<br />
coaches are required to submit the<br />
departure location of their team<br />
All team members must use <strong>BC</strong> Games<br />
provided transportation to the competition<br />
Players who will not require return<br />
transportation must indicate that they are<br />
opting out two weeks before the <strong>BC</strong> Games<br />
deadline<br />
Athletes’ parents must also fill out and<br />
submit a <strong>BC</strong> Games and PSO release form<br />
indicating that they are withdrawing their<br />
child from the care of the <strong>BC</strong> Games, PSO,<br />
and team head coach<br />
