Zones with larger populations have multiple teams<br />
The PSO requests that the head coaches recruit<br />
additional assistant coaches from other<br />
clubs/schools for team selection process to negate<br />

Coaches may not vote for an athlete that<br />
participates in programming at their club/school<br />
