Note
This overload-protected power strip solves the problem of running two power-hungry appliances
such as a washing machine and a tumble drier from a single supply cable.
It prevents fuses being blown and avoids the need for new cables to be installed.
The two appliances can be run simultaneously because the power strip cuts out the tumble drier
during the water-heating phase of the washing machine.
Once the heating stage is completed, the drier is automatically switched on again.
