Cost. The cost for an 8’ x 10’ exhibit space, plus two members, is $550.00 if the application is postmarked prior to<br />

February 15, 2007. Preliminary booth assignments will be presented in the <strong>Central</strong> <strong>States</strong> <strong>Water</strong> magazine, April 2008<br />

edition. Booth applications postmarked after February 15, 2007, will be $600.00 and will not be listed in the magazine.<br />

Additional Exhibit-Only Registration. Additional exhibit-only passes can be purchased for exhibitors desiring more than<br />

two members per booth. The cost for the Exhibitor Exhibit-Only pass is $70.00 and includes the Wednesday exhibit lunch<br />

and Exhibitor’s Reception. You MUST purchase these passes and note the person’s name on your exhibit registration<br />

form to have more than two persons at your booth.<br />

Electrical Cost. Electrical power (110V, 20 amp) connections are available. The cost is $75.00 per connection per booth.<br />

Exhibitors requesting electrical power connection(s) following the May 9, 2008 application deadline will be required to<br />

make electrical arrangements directly with the Sheraton.<br />

Attendee Exhibit-Only Registration. This years conference will also provide the opportunity for you to provide clients<br />

entrance to the exhibits without having to attend/pay for the full day’s conference activities. This is a great opportunity for<br />

water quality professionals in the near-area that only have a portion of the day and/or only want to attend the exhibit<br />

session. This pass costs $10 and covers the Tuesday Exhibitor’s Luncheon and Reception. Expo-Only passes include only<br />

those events held in the Expo Hall. The registration form includes a line item for this Attendee Exhibit-Only pass. You<br />

will be asked to provide names for the pass recipients on a follow-up confirmation sheet. The exhibit-only attendees will<br />

check in at the registration desk and receive their name tag, which is also proof of conference registration.<br />

Full Conference Registration. Full conference registration information will be provided in February 2008.<br />

Hotel Accommodations. Rooms are available for reservation at the Sheraton South Hotel. (800) 325-3535. Ask for the<br />

CSWEA Rate of $125.00 per night for a standard room. Cabana Rooms adjacent the Garden Court may be reserved at a<br />

rate of $145 per night (make your reservations early for Cabana Rooms as they are anticipated to go fast!).<br />

Confirmation Packet. Please note that upon receipt of your exhibit registration, a confirmation packet will be sent in early<br />

May 2008. On-line registration for exhibitors and conference registration will also be available at www.CSWEA.org.<br />

The final application DEADLINE is Friday, May 9, 2008. But please get your application and rental fee in by February to<br />

save money and to be listed in the organization’s magazine!<br />
