How Donate an item to the Water for People – Silent Auction. This year, auction items donated by exhibitors will be displayed in the exhibitor’s booth area with a “Water for People – Silent Auction” helium balloon flying high above. A master list of auction items, exhibitor’s name, and booth number will be displayed at the conference too. We hope you will join your fellow exhibitors and donate an item and increase your booth traffic at the same time. We hope to have enough donations to hold a silent auction on both exhibit days. Interested in donating Contact Kevin Regan or Jonie Franz at 651-777-4041. Auction items donated in prior Water for People auctions, included: • Weekend Stay at various local attractions • Golf package(s) • Sailboat and speedboat cruises • Autographed football(s) and memorabilia • Overnight stay at a Sheraton or other hotel • Wildlife and lighthouse prints • Cameras and boom boxes • Wildlife sculpture • Wine and cheese basket • Electric drill and grinder • Dinner and tickets to the local symphony or orchestra • Specialty coffee and tea basket(s) • Tailgate package • Golf clubs and accessories • Tools *Items donated after May 9 th will not be listed on the master list displayed at the conference.
Exhibitor – Vendor Talk Application Twelve (12) vendors will have the opportunity to put on a 5 minute presentation at their booth to a group of attendees (non-vendor). Each attendee will be given one door prize raffle ticket for each presentation they attend. The door prize will be a flat screen TV. A $30.00 fee will be charged to each vendor making a presentation. This money will go towards providing the flat screen door prize. ______Yes, I will give a 5 minute presentation.
