BELIEVE OR NOT, ALL OF YOUR STUDENTS NEED LOVE, ENCOURAGEMENT, AND<br />

SUPPORT, AND FOR SCHOOL CHILDREN WITH LEARNING DIFFERENCES, SUCH POSITIVE<br />

REINFORCEMENT CAN AID AND ENSURE THAT THEY DEVELOP WITH A STRONG SENSE<br />

OF SELF-ESTEEM, CONFIDENCE, AND THE WILLPOWER TO MOVE FORWARD WHEN THEY<br />

ARE BEING CHALLENGED. TO UNDERSTAND AND HELP STUDENTS WITH LEARNING<br />

DIFFERENCES, TEACHERS SHOULD ALWAYS REMEMBER TO LOOK FOR WAYS TO HELP<br />

STUDENTS HELP THEMSELVES. YOUR JOB AS A TEACHER IS NOT TO “CURE” THEIR<br />

LEARNING DISTINCTIONS, BUT TO GIVE YOUR STUDENTS THE ACADEMIC, SOCIAL<br />

AND EMOTIONAL TOOLS HE OR SHE WILL NEED TO WORK THROUGH OBSTACLES. THIS<br />

WORKSHOP IS GEARED TO TRY BEST TO ENLIGHTEN AND ENCOURAGE TEACHERS TO<br />

START OR KEEP SEARCHING FOR WAYS TO HELP THEIR STUDENTS DISCOVER HOW TO<br />
