VI. APPROVAL OF MINUTES. Ms. Dyson noted that there were two errors
in the minutes of the 2011 Midyear Board of Directors meeting on pages 5
and 6 under the Nominations Committee report. The chapter affiliations
for Fred Timmons and Charlotte Jungen were incorrect. She made the
following motion, which was seconded:
Motion:
To approve the minutes of the 2011 Midyear Board of Directors
Meeting held January 25-26, 2011, in Austin, Texas, as corrected and
presented.

VII. ELECTION OF ACCOUNTANCY MUSEUM DIRECTORS. Ms. Wesling
explained that the members of the TSCPA Board of Directors are the
members of the Accountancy Museum. As the members of the
Accountancy Museum, they ratify the members of the TSCPA Executive
Board as the Board of Directors of the Accountancy Museum. Ms.
Wesling made the following motion, which was seconded:
Motion:
That the Board of Directors approves the following individuals as
directors of the Accountancy Museum:

C. Jeff Gregg
Tracy B. Stewart
Stephen G. Parker
Dora J. Dyson
