At the end of each day, find a quiet place and think about your values<br />
and your actions. Ask yourself these questions:<br />

about how you would change this tomorrow.<br />
Was there a moment today when I did something that showed the<br />
good values I believe in Think about this moment and the feelings<br />

doing it How did that make you feel<br />
