see that the “Add Noise” filter has been<br />
added below the layer. It tells us the filter<br />
name. It gives us an eyeball and it gives<br />
us the icon with 2 arrows.<br />
If we click on the icon with the arrows (in the red box) we can get our “Add<br />
Noise” blending options box where we can change the blending mode and<br />
opacity of the filter.<br />
