well located along the strategic Malacca Straits and Peninsular <strong>Malaysia</strong>, including Labuan. Our head office<br />
in Port Kelang is ideally located to serve this important shipping hub and coordinates all your requirements<br />
for all ports and offshore terminals <strong>Malaysia</strong>. We provide a comprehensive range of services covering the<br />
full range of agency business for all type of vessels, across the container and general cargo, oil, cruise,<br />
naval, offshore, project and commodity sectors.<br />

9 ISS <strong>Malaysia</strong> is directly represented in Port Kelang,<br />
where we have our headquarters. Our office<br />
overlooks the strategic Malacca Straits, through<br />
which 60,000 merchant ships pass every year.<br />
9 We are in an unrivalled position to offer all marine<br />
services, including bunkers, stores, spares<br />
deliveries and medical support, to ships transiting<br />
the Malacca Straits.<br />
9 We also have offices in Kuantan, at the busy<br />
transhipment hub of Pasir Gudang and at Penang.<br />
Lumut Port, strategically located for the<br />
transhipment of liquid and dry bulks, is covered by<br />
the Penang team.<br />
9 ISS <strong>Malaysia</strong> is an approved tax agent, particularly<br />
important for Indian clients where we are able to<br />
submit PAN tax for overseas remittances pertaining<br />
to port disbursements.<br />
9 We are correspondents for QBE Insurance, Hull<br />
and Machinery and P&I, and assist clients with all<br />
their needs in connection with insured risks.<br />
9 We are active in the offshore industry and logistics<br />
sector, and will assist in obtaining <strong>Malaysia</strong>n<br />
Standards (SIRIM) approval for equipment for use<br />
by the oil and gas industry in <strong>Malaysia</strong>.<br />
9 <strong>Malaysia</strong> is the world’s largest exporter of palm<br />
oil and its products. We offer wide experience in<br />

medivac, crew handling and accommodation<br />

port entry/exit permits for personnel and goods,<br />
