Susan Rich (“Sunday Afternoon Retrospect”) is the author
of four collections of poetry, most recently, Cloud
Pharmacy and The Alchemist’s Kitchen, which was a Finalist
for the Foreword Prize and the Washington State
Book Award. Her poems appear in the Antioch Review,

Nicole Robinson (“Honored After Rescue Failed”) is the
outreach manager for the Wick Poetry Center at Kent
State University. Her poems have appeared, or are forthcoming,
in CALYX Journal, Literary Imagination, The
Louisville Review, Minerva Rising, Spillway, and elsewhere.
Ciara Shuttleworth (“Conductive Hearing”)’s work has
been published in journals including Alaska Quarterly Review,
Confrontation, The New Yorker, and The Southern Review.

Tara Skurtu (“Shame”) teaches Creative Writing at
Boston University, where she received a Robert Pinsky
Global Fellowship and an Academy of American Poets
Prize. Recent poems have appeared in Poetry Review,
Memorious, DMQ Review, The Dalhousie Review, the minnesota
review, B O D Y, and The Los Angeles Review.
Stefen Styrsky’s (“Men in White”) fiction and poetry has
appeared in The James White Review, Cactus Heart, Between,
Seltzer Zine and Fresh Men 2: New Voices in Gay Fiction.
He has written for Gay City News and the Lambda
Book Report. He lives in Washington, DC.
