THE ROBE because <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Great Light in which He<br />
OF GLORY, was, or which shone on Him for<br />

<strong>the</strong>ir<br />
eyes were darkened because <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Great<br />
Light in which He was. <strong>The</strong>y saw <strong>the</strong><br />
Light only, sending forth a host <strong>of</strong> lightrays.<br />
And <strong>the</strong> light-rays were not like to<br />
one ano<strong>the</strong>r. <strong>The</strong> Light was <strong>of</strong> various<br />
kinds, and it was <strong>of</strong> various types,<br />
from below above, each ray being more<br />
admirable than its fellow . . . in a<br />
Great <strong>Glory</strong> <strong>of</strong> immeasurable Light<br />
it<br />
;<br />
stretched from below <strong>the</strong> Earth right up<br />
unto Heaven. . . .<br />
It was <strong>of</strong> three degrees. <strong>The</strong> first<br />
was more admirable than <strong>the</strong> rest [ <strong>of</strong><br />
<strong>the</strong> rays] <strong>the</strong><br />
; second, which was in <strong>the</strong><br />
midst, was more admirable than <strong>the</strong> first<br />
which was below it ;<br />
and <strong>the</strong> third,<br />
which was above <strong>the</strong>m all, was more<br />
admirable than <strong>the</strong> two below it."<br />
<strong>The</strong> Master explains this mystery to<br />
