I am somewhat persuaded that under<br />
<strong>the</strong> apparently naive details <strong>of</strong> this<br />
infancy story <strong>the</strong>re is a concealed mean<br />
ing. Once I<br />
gave a lecture in which I<br />
endeavoured to suggest what <strong>the</strong> nature<br />
<strong>of</strong> its under-meaning may have been,<br />
but it is too long to set down here.<br />
It is apparently from ano<strong>the</strong>r source<br />
<strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> P. S. document, and not due<br />
to <strong>the</strong> compiler.<br />
THE TWO COURIERS.<br />
<strong>The</strong> Two Couriers also pertain to <strong>the</strong><br />
mystery hidden under <strong>the</strong> symbolism<br />
<strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Twins which meets us everywhere<br />
in <strong>the</strong> ancient myths and legends <strong>of</strong><br />
initiation ;<br />
