7. Directors of Legal Departments of ministries are obliged to, within 15 days after
the entry into force of this Decision, send to OLAS a hard copy and an electronic
copy of all bylaws issued by respective ministers during 2011, including bylaws
issued by executive agencies within ministries.
8. OLAS Director may issue guidelines to include bylaws of the ministries in the
bylaws Registry.
9. Responsible for implementation of this Decision are the general secretaries,
OLAS Director and directors of Legal Departments of Ministries.
10. OLAS prepares regular quarterly report for the Prime Minister on implementation
of this decision.
11. This decision enters into force fifteen (15) days from the date of signature by the
Prime Minister.
