Instructions to Registration of Courses (PHY) Semester 1 AY 2012/2013
semester, please write in to SPMSundgrad@ntu.edu.sg with your course mapping approval, screenshot
of registered courses in the overseas university and results slip/transcript (if available).
13. Students who have completed all the UE requirement and wish to read more electives may obtain an
appeal form (pink form) from SPMS General Office. You should submit the overload application after
the result of GER-PE and UE allocation is known, unless your UE in balance is currently 0. Please note
that approval is granted to a specific course that you wish to overload.
14. Students who are currently completing or have completed the minor in Entrepreneurship are not
allowed to take up MPS812. They are to replace MPS812 with another course from the Human
Resource Management topic. Such students will have to inform the School once they have registered
the replacement course.
15. Students who are taking up the minor in Entrepreneurship courses are advised to plan their load
carefully as the minor courses will be registered at a later stage and may cause undue overloading.
There is no guarantee that the overload will be approved and the student could continue with the
minor when such case arises.

17. Enquiries on courses registration may be directed to SPMSundgrad@ntu.edu.sg. Your matriculation
number must always be included in your e-mail. Please refrain from sending multiple similar e-mails as
this will not expedite the response but rather it will cause undue delay. All enquiries will be attended to
and will be replied as soon as possible, depending on the nature of the request. Appeals for GER-PE and
UE vacancies are to be submitted through the online appeal system and will not be responded to if
submitted otherwise.
