Course Offerings The High School Summer courses allow students to receive credit in required subject areas after they have failed a course earlier. Three classes are offered for original credit based on the following criteria: 1. Government, students entering their senior year (one semester course). 2. Financial Literacy, students entering their junior or senior year. 3. P.E. Foundations (two semester course) students entering their freshman year. First semester courses (.5 credit) are offered in the morning session: 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Second semester courses (.5 credit) are offered in the afternoon session: 12:00 to 4:00 The one-semester course in Government and Financial Literacy is offered both sessions as enrollment and teacher availability allow. Learning² eSchool Learning² eSchool Summer School Offerings 412 S. Main, Wichita, KS 973-5181 eSchool will follow the same guidelines for enrollment as our partners at North HS and Heights HS. Our courses, however, are online, requiring all students to have high speed internet service and a computer at home to enroll. Students must have an active email address to maintain daily communication with their online teacher. Students must attend a face-to-face 1 hour training session before summer school begins, on Friday, May 31. Students will meet in-person at 412 S. Main for their final exam proctoring on June 20. Failure to meet at the designated testing time will result in failure of the class.
