What do Carers really really want<br />
<strong>Respite</strong> care for people living with dementia : Its more<br />
than just a short break’ (Bruen W and Howe A, 2009)<br />
• People with dementia and their carers need a range of<br />
services to meet complex needs including, amongst<br />
other things, respite and formal support services for<br />
carers.

recipient is getting the services.<br />
Who is it really for It is under the<br />
care recipient’s name allowing<br />
quality time with the care recipient.”
