Regulators
The Stabilvac Vacuum Regulator from Interpuls was
designed to control the vacuum system with extreme
accuracy. Stable and reliable vacuum is essential to the
consistent operation of the milking system and to maximize
animal health and milk production. Reliability is especially
important in new, high airflow milking systems.
All models operate on the servo principle where a
separate sensor, the servo pilot valve, senses the line
vacuum, compares it to a pre-set value, then signals the
main control valve to adjust airflow to maintain the pre-set
value. This system senses very accurately, conserves
vacuum and is very quiet. The design of the Stabilvac allows
quick installation and cleaning and servicing in less than 10
minutes. The Monoblock style combines the servo valve and
the main control valve while the Separate style separates the
two as shown.
Optional Safety Valve is designed to work exclusively
with the Stabilvacs to provide safe milking vacuum. In the
unlikely event of regulator malfunction, the Safety Valve
assures a safe vacuum level.
