LANCASTER: Stephanie Jean Seifert, 39, of Lancaster went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 23,<br />

2012. She was born in Lancaster on December 29, 1972 the only child of Brandt and Judy (Cordle) Seifert.<br />

She was a <strong>1991</strong> graduate of Lancaster High School. Stephanie was employed by Century 21 Darfus Reality<br />

where she had won numerous awards. She was also employed by Roosters. Prior to working for Century 21<br />

she was the Assistant Manager of the main branch of Community Bank.<br />

She is survived by her parents, Brandt and Judy Seifert of Rockbridge; a son, Nicholas Adams and a<br />

daughter, Kearstin Adams both of Lancaster; a granddaughter, Aiyana Adams and her maternal<br />

grandparents, Reverend Ralph N. and Doris (Locke) Cordle and many close and special friends.<br />

Stephanie was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Brandt and Juanita (Gundelfinger) Seifert.<br />

Funeral Services were held Saturday at 9 am at the Victory Hill Church and were officiated by Pastor<br />

Dwain Pyeatt. Burial followed in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. The family was served by the Halteman-<br />

Fett & Dyer Funeral Home.<br />

Kevin J. Adams<br />

Lancaster, Ohio<br />

LANCASTER: Kevin J. Adams 40, of Lancaster passed away Tuesday, October 23, 2012. He was born on<br />

October 21, 1972 in Hilliard a son of the late John and Garnett (Gerhardt) Adams. He was a <strong>1991</strong> graduate<br />

of Lancaster High School. He served his country in the United States Army where he was an Army Ranger<br />

in the 82nd Air Born Division and was employed by Local Waste Services since 1999.<br />

He is survived by his son, Nicholas Adams; daughter, Kearstin Adams both of Lancaster; a granddaughter,<br />

Aiyana Adams; brothers, John (Sandy) Adams of Raleigh, NC, Terry (Tracy) Adams of Phoenix, AZ, Jim<br />

(Diana) Adams, Rick (Marcia) Adams and Brian (Diana) Adams all of Lancaster; and "Grandpa", John<br />

Bosserman.<br />

Kevin was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Dave Adams and his grandparents, Nathan and<br />

Mildred Adams and Mr. and Mrs. Ivy Gerhardt.<br />

Funeral Services were held at 1 pm Saturday at the Victory Hill Church and were officiated by Pastor<br />

Timothy Teague. Burial followed in Elm Wood Cemetery. The family was served by the Halteman-Fett &<br />

Dyer Funeral Home.<br />

Brian H. Sampson<br />

LANCASTER: Brian Sampson, 37, of Lancaster, passed away on Friday, October 22, 2010, at NYU<br />

Langone Medical Center.<br />

Brian was a teacher and coach at Lancaster High School. He was a graduate of Wittenberg University and<br />

completed his master's degree at Ashland University. Brian was a member of First United Methodist<br />

Church.<br />

Brian is survived by his wife of 11 years, Amy Sampson; children, Emily Sampson and Caleb Sampson of<br />

the home; parents, Bill and Donna Sampson of Lancaster; brother, Bill (Lisa) Sampson of Aurora, Ohio;<br />

mother and father-in-law, Shirley and Darrell Swain of Oklahoma; brother-in-law, Jerrod Swain of<br />

Oklahoma; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.<br />

He was preceded in death by his loving grandparents.<br />

Funeral service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the Lancaster High School Gymnasium with Reverend<br />

Robert McDowell officiating. Friends may visit from 3-5 and 6-7:30 p.m. Monday at the Lancaster High<br />

School Gymnasium. Burial will take place at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in West Rushville Cemetery.<br />

Donations may be made in Brian's memory to the Fairfield Medical Center Foundation or to the Lancaster<br />

Football Touchdown Club.<br />

Brian's family would like to thank the community for all of their continued support.<br />

FAIRFIELD BEACH: Steven D. Landrum, 38, of Fairfield Beach, passed away Sunday, January 31, 2010<br />

at Grant Medical Center. He was a self-employed contractor. He was born on September 1, 1971 in<br />

Lancaster to Steven Casto and Beverly Landrum England.<br />

Steven is survived by his mother and father; sons, Ryder Landrum and Chase Landrum; brothers, Brian<br />

(Emily) Casto and Mike Landrum; sister, Misty Gilkey; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and<br />

friends.<br />

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 4, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. at Sheridan Funeral Home with<br />

burial in Maple Grove Cemetery. Friends may visit on Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. and 6:00<br />

p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.<br />

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a Trust Fund in Steven's memory c/o the Standing Stone<br />

Bank.<br />

Stacey L. Kennedy, 33, of Lancaster, passed away Wednesday, June 14, 2006, at Fairfield Medical Center.<br />

She was a medical assistant for Dr. Raya's office, Maher Raiders cheerleader advisor and a graduate of<br />

Lancaster High School Class <strong>1991</strong> and Fairfield Career Center. She was a loving wife and mother.<br />

She is survived by her husband, Jason Kennedy; son, Chase Kennedy; daughter, Brooke Kennedy; both of<br />

Lancaster; parents, Jerry L. and Beverly Shugert, Sr. of Lancaster; sister, Diana (Clarence) Engle of<br />

Lancaster; brother, Jerry L. (Rhonda) Shugert, Jr. of Lancaster; grandmother, Joan Shugert of Lancaster;<br />

aunt and uncle, Wanda (Gary Ward) Crabtree of Lancaster, mother-in-law and father-in-law, Pete and<br />

Sharon Kennedy; brothers-in-laws, Gary (Kristin) Kennedy, all of Lancaster, and Todd (Char) Kennedy of<br />

Indiana; and several nieces and nephews.<br />

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday in Frank E. Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Lancaster, with the Rev.<br />

Thomas P. Rogers of Sixth Avenue United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills<br />

Memory Gardens.<br />

Friends may visit from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday and from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.<br />

Memorial gifts may be given to the family in care of the funeral home in her memory.<br />
