Lillian Glidden Wong: There
have been lots of changes
in the Wong household.
Most importantly, Quinn
Robert Wong (pictured right)
was born on August 21,
2009. My husband, James,
and I are so happy to be his
parents. I have also decided
to open my own law fi rm in
Reading, MA, which will
focus primarily on special
education law. I am very
excited to be advocating
for children’s educational
rights. More information
Jenni Franco: Upon graduating from Simmons College
in 2007, I began working in the catering and events
department at the Wentworth by the Sea Hotel. I
specialized in corporate events and wedding planning
and had the pleasure of seeing two beautiful Berwick
alumnae, Marisa (MacNaughton) Meloski ’00 and
Lillian (Glidden) Wong ’01, through their weddings
at the Hotel! After three incredible years at the
Wentworth, I am honored to return to Berwick as
the newest addition to the Development Offi ce. As
the school year approaches, I look forward to seeing
everyone back on the Hilltop!
Jonathan and Christie (Haskell)
Guerrette: Jonathan earned his Bachelor
of Engineering degree in chemical
engineering from Dartmouth College and
was recognized at commencement for his
research design project. He received additional funding
through the college and corporations to continue his
work at Dartmouth. He will be working on his masters
in the coming year. Last year, he graduated from
Colby with a degree in chemistry. Christie thoroughly
enjoyed her first year teaching art K-4 in
Enfi eld and Canaan, NH. The school
loved her and renewed her contract.
She ended her school year with a large
gallery exhibit of student artwork and
showing. Parents, faculty, and local
townspeople turned out for the first ever
such event at the school. She was met
with rave reviews from everyone and
has been praised for her innovation. Jon
and Christie are also new homeowners!
They are living in Claremont, NH, and
are happy and doing extremely well,
both fi nding lots of success in their
chosen fi elds.
Michael
Moebius:
At the
beginning of
last summer, I completed my
BS at Rensselaer Polytechnic
Institute in materials
engineering and applied
physics. I am now working
towards a PhD in applied
physics. My research is
with Eric Mazur’s group in
optics, using pulsed lasers
to alter material properties
and fabricate devices. This
summer I get to take on the
role of a teacher and mentor
